UN envoy: ended the rule of one man in the Arab world


Said Michael Williams, UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon that "the era of one-man rule in the Arab world coming to an end," saying that the change that has swept the region will include Syria soon.

Williams said - in an interview conducted in his office in Beirut - The rule of the family was nearly completed in the Arab world, pointing out that it is no longer possible to rule any country in the world of modern communications and rich developed economies like this.
