He Amr Mohamed, Minister of Foreign Affairs Friday condemned Egypt for Israel's decision to accelerate the construction of 2000 and the settlement units in East Jerusalem and the occupied West Bank, noting considered an obstacle in the way of peace.
Amr stressed that this decision represents a blow to all efforts exerted to reach a just settlement of the conflict and the Palestinian cause.
"The decision is also a provocation to the Palestinians, noting that the phenomenon involves the disregard of international will, which was unanimously rejected the settlement and considered an obstacle to peace."
