Decided on behalf of the Supreme State Security Tuesday 11 defendants remanded in custody for 15 days pending investigations conducted with them in the case of committing the facts of the assault on the headquarters of the Israeli Embassy and the Directorate of Giza and the security of the Saudi embassy in Cairo.
The defendants face a number of accusations of Pinhaaltgmehr, and damage to public facilities, and the use of violence against police officers intent to stir up riots and terrorism, citizens, and assault on a number of citizens and police officers and injuries.
An official source said the Attorney-General has declared that the Supreme State Security Prosecution received the file by the prosecution in the event of military attack on the headquarters of the Israeli Embassy, where the military prosecutor had already ordered the detention of 27 accused in those facts.
The source pointed out that the Attorney General received a communication from the Saudi ambassador on the extension of these events to the headquarters of the Saudi embassy in Cairo and completed prosecution of such investigations in preparation for the declaration of results after completed during the next week.
