Washington decided to withdraw all its troops from Iraq next January and canceled workouts

A U.S. military official today that high-level United States reneged on its plan to keep U.S. troops in Iraq for training purposes.
The network said "Fox News" news tonight that the U.S. withdraw all U.S. troops from Iraq by next January will be actually lead to end its participation in military actions in Iraq for more than eight years.
He said the U.S. official said all U.S. troops will leave Iraq except for a force of 160 personnel only to provide protection to the U.S. embassy in Baghdad.
The network that the negotiations took place between America and Iraq over recent months to discuss the possibility of holding nearly five thousand U.S. troops to train Iraqi security forces, while Washington insisted on the need to provide legal immunity for its troops in case of staying in Iraq.
The network that followed the Iraqi side persistently refused to provide this immunity for U.S. forces in Iraqi courts if there is survival, while the U.S. side refused to retreat from this condition.
She said that there is a split in the Iraqi side about the importance of keeping U.S. troops in Iraq, where the team believes that their presence is vital for the training of security forces and the protection of Iraqi airspace and the provision of intelligence, as opposed to another group of Iraqis and there are no U.S. troops on Iraqi soil, including elements of the Shiite armed attack, which threatened them in case of continuation in the Iraqi soil.
