Rise in the euro after the approval of the German parliament to strengthen the rescue fund

The euro rose against the dollar on Thursday after the German parliament approved a large majority to grant more authority to the mechanism of the European financial stability.
The single currency rose to 1.3678 dollars, near the highest levels of hearing from about 1.3653 dollars before the end of the vote. The euro rose against the yen in the latest trading about one percent to 104.65 yen.
